You will find us situated in the prettiest town in Maine. We are located on the edge of Camden, a pleasant walk intown or a quick ride by car. Our immaculate rooms overlooking Mt. Battie can accommodate from one to four persons. Individualized heat, air-conditioning, irons, tub and shower, phone, coffee maker and cable TV are featured in all rooms. Relax in our heated, outdoor pool or sunbathe on the surrounding deck while watching children play on the adjacent playground area equipment. A stroll around our spacious backyard and woodlot will introduce you to many of the songbirds making their home here. You can find wildflowers, and quiet coolness that will help you unwind from today's fast paced living

The "Cabins"

Three rooms in separate building affording extra privacy behind maple trees. Beautifully landscaped with a large deck area. Single queen size bed and mini fridge in each room.

 

Standard Rooms

Two double or one queen bed. One queen bed rooms are on the second level requiring stairs. A view of Mt. Battie can be seen on the second level deck.

Deluxe Rooms

Two queen size beds with a mini fridge in room. Outside seating on deck and walkway. This building is set furthest back away from Route one in our Deluxe Building.

 

Mini Suites


An oversized room with two double beds a twin size sleeper sofa, microwave & refrigerator. There is no extra charge for additional adults or children (limited to five guests) and these rooms are located in our standard building close to the pool, play area and restaurant.

Cots are provided at no charge and are based upon availability.

  • Rates based on double occupancy
  • There is no extra charge for additional adults or children in Mini Suites (limited to five guests)
  • Additional charge of $10.00 for each additional guest 16 and over inother rooms.
  • Additional charge of $5.00 for each child 6 and older in other rooms
  • Children 5 and under stay free in parent's room
  • Cribs provided at no charge and are based on availability
  • July's Blues Festival and August's Maine Boats, Harbors and Homes Show and Lobster Festival 2 night minimum; 1 night non- refundable deposit applied two weeks before arrival; discounts do not apply.
  • Weekly rates available for rooms based on availability and a 7 night stay, no refund for early departure; housekeeping service provided once each week; fresh towels daily. Weekly rate not applicable during the Blues Festival or Lobster Festival during July and August. All rates subject to Maine Sales Tax, currently 7%, subject to change
