We are open May through October each season. Please feel free to fill out a secure reservation submission form. We check our reservation emails regularly, however, it is more efficient to inquire of our availability by calling the toll free reservation line: 800-422-4964. All of our rooms are non-smoking and the upper level guest rooms require a flight of stairs. We have patio chairs and tables outside each guest room and all rooms have an exterior entrance with covered walkway. Visit our amenities pagefor more details. Rates based on double occupancy • Additional $10.00 for each additional guest 16 and over.

Additional $5.00 for each child 6 and older • Children 5 and under stay free in parent’s room

POLICIES: Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed. $200 per evening charge applied if Pet Policy not acknowledged. Cancellation Policy – Cancellations received at least 2 days prior to arrival will not result in charges. Cancellations received within the 2 days will result in a charge for one night’s stay plus applicable taxes.

There are special deposit and cancellation policies during the following local area events: North Atlantic Blues Festival: July 12 and 13,Maine State Lobster Festival: July 3st1 – August 4th, and Maine Boats & Harbor Weekend: August 9 and 10.1 night non-refundable deposit applied two weeks before arrival; discounts do not apply.

Smoking Policy: All of our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside at least 20 feet from any and all buildings.
